Fruta Invest, a real estate investment company, has successfully built a diverse portfolio of $25M+ investments comprising over 50 units across multiple states. As the company's portfolio expanded, there arose a pressing need for a sophisticated online platform that could facilitate property sourcing, purchasing, and management at an institutional level. Having worked as a property manager at Fruta since 2018, I took on the role of product designer for the development of their new web and mobile platform.

Collaborating closely with a software developer and the company's principal, I led the UX design process to craft a seamless user experience and a robust content strategy for the platform. Our ultimate objective was to empower existing clients with comprehensive online property information while equipping potential investors with interactive tools to facilitate informed investment decisions.

The newly developed platform garnered enthusiastic praise from both the management team and existing clients, solidifying its role as a valuable asset within the company. Notably, it played a pivotal role in securing new deals and attracting a fresh wave of investors to Fruta Invest's growing real estate ventures.
